A   Chicago    man   nicknamed   the   penis   collector    after     hundreds   of   jars     containing     human   dicks    were    found   in   his   apartment    socking   in  a   chemical   to   avoid    rotting, the   name  of   the   man   which   as  been   withheld.
the   man  has   no  record    of   criminal   and   many   are   believing     that   he    might   be   having   some   mental  break    down.
the   man    works   as   a   registered    nurse   at  a   city   hospital   and   it   is   believed   that  he   might   be   taking    parts    from   dead   people.
