A   Nigerian   man   named   one   Daniel , a  resident  of   ogiri   street    was   on    Wednesday     arrested   by    members   of   the   vigilante    group    for   raping  a   8   year   old    to   commait   was   exclusively    gathered   that   he    lured   the    girl    with   biscuit    into   his   room   and   forced   his   way   into   her   until   she   was   unconscious.
